People who have a high sensation-seeking trait in the brain could be more susceptible to drug addition, according to a Rutgers study

The sensation-seeking trait was predictive of rats’ likelihood to exhibit stronger motivation for drugs when we gave them the opportunity to take cocaine.”

Wegovy, a weight-management therapy to be manufactured by Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, is the the first FDA-approved weight-loss drug since 2014, but it s not entirely a new medication.
